apna-Aawaaj on 2G Specturm Issue

What is CAG: Comptroller and Auditor General (http://www.cag.gov.in/html/unionaudit.htm)

What is the issue on 2G Spectrum:
a) in 2008, spectrum license allocated to firms at the rates defined in 2001 because of which country lost around 1.77 lacs crores of rs revenue.
b) No auction with appropriate documentation
c) 2G Spectrum License allotment on first-come-first-serve basis
d) Sold around 122 licenses to the companies which even not fulfilled the basic prerequisite defined
e) Few firms allotted licenses to use maximum bandwidth
f) Decision taken without listening to the concern committees, their reports even TRAI's advice on same

Who already Questioned on this:
a) Our legal system, Court (already asked reason to government [PM] on same)
b) CAG
c) TRAI & all advising committees including PMO

Government stance as of now:
a) like Chavan, Kalmadi; Congress asked Mr. Raja (Telecom Minister) to Resign
b) Karunanidhi Backing up Mr. Raja on decision taken

What are the reasoning given by Mr. Raja for taking decision on NOT-TO-RESIGN
a) from all the reasoning points given in support of Mr. Raja says that "He followed the exact protocol that previous Telecom ministers followed and did as per the law"
b) ..... (I didn't find any other reason hence this point is blank.)

PS: My knowledge is limited in this and whatever posted here is based on newspaper readings from 13-Nov-2010. This post is not against any individual or government or any other but as a citizen wanted an answer, fair answer for act.

Purpose of this Post:
As a author of this post, I would like to request you all to post your comments with/without your name to better earn & utilize our countries revenue by respective governing bodies. Mano-ya-na-mano but everything is some-or-the-other way linked with taxation; direct or indirect, which ultimately paid through all of our; indian citizens pocket.
WRITE HERE TO HELP ALL OF US, if anytime visited this page.

My reasoning having this post in your inbox is
a) As per our constitution, every citizen have rights to ask questions to any governing members for any appropriate/inappropriate decisions.
b) When all advising committees are opposing then Why such decision has been made without consensus in parlment
c) For every ministry, the minister of that department is the sole decision taking authority (this is as per my understanding), but when already flagged, raised issues by most respected advising bodies in India, why minister feels EGO sort of issues to discuss the same with his superiors before taking abrupt decisions by ignoring all advices even from PMO.
d) Completely agreed that, telecom subscribers increased from 300 to 710 mn but the countries revenue loss can't be filled-up with just that.
e) Completely agreed that in 3G spectrum, there is some benefit to the country. But that's your job, that's why you are appointed as minister of a department. That can not wipe-out, what you did wrong in past.
f) When you are minister in Indian central government, first responsibility is for country and not for state. DMK backing up Mr. Raja and PMO not taking hard steps; mostly may be fearing of instability in central government due to magic-figure-number in Sansad; but taking hard-steps doesn't mean you will be loosing. That will increase faith in indian citizens mind. I recollected a scene & few dialogs from "Me ShivajiRaje Bhosale Boltoy", where a minister had to resign due to corruption and other MLA's supporting him supported the government and not with corrupt minister.
Please note; I am not saying "Our Telecom minister is Corrupt but certainly there are some wrong decisions made by him"
And as Indian-citizen, I want DMK to support PMO to resolve the issue ASAP.

g) Now, even if this issue is resolved, one question will remain; that is linked with all of us, all inidan citizens; and that is who will fulfill the lost revenue.
is it getting fulfilled from Minister?
is it getting fulfilled from concerned party minister aligned with?
is it getting fulfilled from company whom licenses where alloted?
OR
is it getting fulfilled from All of our pockets?

Mostly question to this answer, we all know... We need to change this... and this can be first step.... PLEASE post your comments; serious, suggestive comments... for you, for me, for all-of-us... Kise-pata, may be it is getting screened daily by someone from some governing department...
